We work with a print-on-demand system. This means that we do not keep stock and only produce the products after they have been ordered by the customer.
Once a month, we collect and process all orders. The ordered products are then produced and shipped.

We understand that you would prefer to have your order delivered the very next day!
We consciously choose to collect all orders once a month and order the required products together. In this way, we try to keep our impact on the environment and our footprint on the planet as small as possible.
Unfortunately, this means that we cannot make any exceptions to our monthly shipping schedule.

Within the Netherlands, we ship our packages with DHL. For packages to other countries, we use DPD.

We charge fixed shipping costs per country, regardless of the size or weight of your package.
