We’re thrilled that you want to participate in Pixie Spirit Fest on April 17 & 18, 2027 at the beautiful Landgoed Heerlijkheid Mariënwaerdt.
At Pixie Spirit Fest, it’s not just about entertainment it’s about the experience and the community. We want to return to the roots of fantasy events: a warm, welcoming atmosphere where both young and old feel at home. A place where stunning costumes are admired, stories are shared, and visitors with the same passion meet each other, forming lifelong friendships.
As a vendor, you are not just a participant, you are an essential part of Pixie Spirit Fest. Your involvement helps create an unforgettable weekend for all our visitors.
Registration Procedure
Vendor registration consists of two registration periods. We have chosen this approach because the Pixie Team has spent the past year actively searching for vendors who fit our vision. These vendors are given priority during the first registration period.
We have sought vendors in several ways:
Through the vendor application form on our website.
By actively searching online and offline for vendors who align with our vision.
Registration Period 1 – March 17 to June 30, 2026
During this period, vendors selected by Pixie Events will have the opportunity to register for Pixie Spirit Fest on April 17 & 18, 2027. Selected vendors will receive an email with a link to the registration form.
Vendors who register during this period are guaranteed a spot at Pixie Spirit Fest 2027.
Registration Period 2 – July 1 to September 30, 2026
If any vendor spots remain after the first registration period, a second registration period will open.
During this round, anyone who missed the first round can apply. We will review each application to determine if it fits our event.
After the period closes on September 30, 2026, Pixie Events will select vendors from the applications.
Vendors from this period will be notified in November 2026 whether they have been accepted for Pixie Spirit Fest 2027.
Vendor Waiting List
Once all vendor spots have been filled, applicants can be placed on a waiting list. Vendors can also register specifically for this waiting list. If a spot becomes available, Pixie Events will contact the next vendor on the list to offer the open space.
The First Registration Period Has Started!
The first registration round is now open, and the first emails to vendors have been sent. Do you want to become a vendor, but you didn’t receive an email from us during the first registration period?
We strongly recommend that you fill out the Vendor Proposal Form! Over the past year, we may have discovered and met many vendors, but it’s impossible to find everyone on our own.
So put on your brave shoes, introduce yourself via the button below, and who knows, you might be able to participate in the first registration round.
