Terms & Conditions – Pixie Spirit Fest

1. Definitions

  • Customer: That’s you – the person who buys something or registers for something from Pixie Spirit Fest.

  • Day: A calendar day.

  • Digital content: Data delivered in digital form, such as a download or e-ticket.

  • Distance contract: A purchase made online (like through our webshop).

  • Right of withdrawal: Your right to cancel within 14 days, no questions asked.

  • Cooling-off period: The 14-day period in which you can change your mind.

  • Durable medium: A way of storing information, like email.

  • In writing: Email counts too, as long as the sender is clearly identifiable.

2. General

  • These terms apply to everything you buy or request from Pixie Spirit Fest.

  • A contract is created when you place an order and we confirm it.

  • We have the right to refuse an order if we have a good reason (e.g., concerns about payment), and we’ll explain why.

3. Your right to change your mind

  • You have a 14-day cooling-off period after purchase.

  • If you want to cancel, let us know within those 14 days—email is best.

  • For digital content or services (like downloads or event tickets), the cooling-off period starts immediately after purchase.

  • If you gave us permission to deliver right away, you may lose your right to withdraw once the delivery begins.

  • When you withdraw, we’ll refund the full amount within 14 days.

  • Any related services will be automatically cancelled too.

Just note: You’re responsible for using your withdrawal right correctly and on time.

4. When the right of withdrawal doesn’t apply

You can’t cancel if:

  • The item was made especially for you.

  • It’s personalized.

  • It’s not suitable for return (e.g., due to its nature).

  • You agreed to instant delivery of digital content.

  • The seal on a CD, DVD, or other media was broken.

  • The price depends on fluctuations in the financial market.

5. Subscriptions or ongoing agreements

  • Subscribed to something? You can cancel at any time with a maximum of one month’s notice.

  • We won’t auto-renew agreements unless we’ve made that very clear and it’s easy to cancel.

6. Payment

  • Payment is due within 14 days of purchase, unless otherwise stated.

  • Notice something incorrect in your payment info? Let us know right away.

  • If payment is late, we’ll send a reminder. Still not paid? We may charge interest and collection costs (minimum €40), as permitted by law.

7. Complaints & disputes

  • Got a complaint? Email us within 7 days of receiving your order at: teampixie@pixiespirit.nl. Be as clear as possible.

  • We’ll reply within 14 days. If it takes longer, we’ll let you know.

  • We’ll always do our best to solve things together. If needed, you can contact the Dutch dispute committee at www.sgc.nl or submit a complaint via the EU platform: https://webgate.ec.europa.eu/odr.

  • Dutch law applies to all contracts.
