The Flying Elephants

The Flying Elephants are a group from Tilburg and mainly play Irish and Scottish folk music.

With the violin taking center stage, they perform a repertoire of well-known and lesser-known instrumental reels, jigs, hornpipes, and polkas. In addition, they sing a number of classic folk songs and original songs that are also steeped in Celtic influences.

Together, this creates a fresh mix of energetic, danceable music and, every now and then, a moment of calm with depth.
