We regularly visit ’s-Hertogenbosch to buy materials for our costumes at Hoofs Stoffen en Fournituren. Since ’s-Hertogenbosch is not exactly around the corner for us, we always turn it into a fun day out. That’s how we discovered the Zilveren Vos. last year, on the corner of Vughterstraat.

It’s a super charming little shop filled with products from the best vendors you would normally only find at fantasy events.

What is the Zilveren Vos?
De Zilveren Vos is the place to be for lovers of Artist Alleys, fantasy, D&D, workshops, and more.

What started as a question about what artists do with their products between conventions has grown into a shop featuring the work of more than 50 artists.

All year round, visitors can come here for the best handmade fantasy products. Don’t have the time or energy to go to a busy convention? No problem: at De Zilveren Vos you can experience a small-scale, low-stimulus convention atmosphere with products from, among others, Studio Vorm & Vlam, Nanda Creaties en Faeryfinding.
In short, De Zilveren Vos is essentially a permanent Artist Alley!

Workshops & Game Nights

In addition to all the beautiful products, De Zilveren Vos also offers workshops, Dungeons & Dragons sessions, and card game events.

For example, the fantastic artist Sandy Butchers hosts one of her versatile workshops every month. Think glass engraving, lino stamp making, and decorating notebooks.
But there’s more! How about painting miniatures, bookbinding, or drawing workshops led by other talented artists?

Have you always been interested in Dungeons & Dragons or Daggerheart, but never found a group or place to play? Then visit De Zilveren Vos, where one-shots are regularly organized by various Dungeon Masters. Check the schedule for all activities and game nights.
