Returns and Exchanges
Our products are made to order through our print-on-demand system. Because each product is specially produced after an order has been placed, we want to minimize unnecessary production and returns as much as possible.
We ask you to consciously order your product. Because of sustainability, but also because we specially manufacture each product for you. So, are you unsure about your size? Then check it extra carefully in the size chart instead of ordering the same product in two sizes.
Of course, you may return something if it does not meet your expectations, but please try to avoid this as much as possible.
Right of Withdrawal:
You have the right to cancel your order up to 14 days after receiving it without giving any reason. After cancellation, you have another 14 days to return your product.
You will then receive a credit for the full amount, including the shipping costs of the returned item.
The shipping costs of the return are your responsibility:
If you make use of your right of withdrawal, the product must be returned to us in its original, unused condition and in its original packaging. Please pack it just as neatly as you received it yourself.
Both the costs and the risk of shipping (for example, if a shipment gets lost by PostNL) are your own responsibility when returning a product. Do you want to make sure that the package reaches us? Then send your return as a letterbox package or parcel with track-and-trace.
Exchanges:
We do not offer exchanges. If you return a product because you want to exchange it for another product, you must return the original product and place a new order through our webshop.
A new order is treated as a separate order and will be produced again.
Defective or incorrectly delivered product:
Have you received a product that is damaged or defective, or have we delivered the wrong product? Please contact us as soon as possible before returning the product.
In that case, we will work together to find a suitable solution. The costs of returning a product for which we are responsible will not be at your expense.
Refund:
We will refund the purchase amount within 14 days after receiving the return, provided that the product is undamaged, clean, and unworn.
